Robert Dunwoodie Obituary

Robert DUNWOODIE Robert Dunwoodie, 86, of Federal Way passed away April 4. Born Feb. 24, 1925, in Valley, WA to Romaine (Pat) and Ellen Dunwoodie. Bob graduated from Walla Walla H. S. and Whitman College. He went on to obtain a degree in Education from the U. of W. Bob enjoyed his career as a teacher in Seattle at Sharples Jr. High and a counselor at Cleveland H. S., retiring in 1987. When not working, Bob enjoyed vacationing with his family, camping and waterskiiing. Bob was married to Patricia (Kelly) for 59 years until her death in 2009. He is survived by his 2 sons, Duane, of Federal Way, WA, Dennis (Michelle) of Vista, CA., and daughter Diane Anderson (Dave) of Lake Stevens, WA. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren: Derek, Daria, Maxwell, and Robert. A memorial will be held on Thursday, April 14 at 2 pm at Evergreen Funeral Hm., 4504 Broadway, Everett.
