Walter B. EDWARDS Walter B. Edwards, age 95, passed away peacefully March 19, 2011. Born February 7, 1916, in Blackfoot, Idaho, he graduated from Fort Shaw H.S., Montana; married Donna DePratu in1937; and moved to the Renton area in 1942. He was active in Kennydale Fire Dept., Boeing Rock Club, Boeing Organ Club, Lions, Elks, Masons, Scottish Rite, Shriners, Eastern Star, and Renton Rainbow. Walter retired after 37 years at Boeing. He is survived by son Dwight Edwards, daughter Iscel Edwards, sister Maxine Tate, five grandchildren, and twelve great - grandchildren. Services will be held 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 26 @ Greenwood Memorial Park in Renton. In lieu of flowers, please donate to favorite charity or Shriners' Hospital.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
