Cynthia McPHERSON Cynthia McPherson 45 of Ypsilanti, MI, died May 22, 2011 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital of a sudden illness. Cynthia McPherson was born Feb. 6, 1966, in Liberty, Ms. to L.S. & Virginia Patterson. She was an Assistant Vice President of Mortgage Collections. She was preceded in death by her father, L.S. Patterson. Survivors include her mother Virginia, who resides in Liberty, MS, her husband, Jonathan T. McPherson of Ypsilanti, MI, four sisters: Geraldine Moore and husband Otis of Smithdale, MS, Rose Williams and husband Ernest of Liberty, MS, Bobbie Nobles of Plainfield, IL, Darlene Cain and husband Willie Paul of Liberty, MS, Sheila Stevens and husband Christopher of Oro Valley, AZ, five brothers: Robert Lucas and Louis Patterson of Houston, TX, Thomas Patterson and wife Scherie of Liberty, MS, Larry Patterson of Fredricks, MD, and Arcell Patterson of Liberty, MS. Cynthia's husband, Jonathan T. McPherson's family survivors include his parents Richard McPherson and wife Anna of Bellevue, WA, four sisters: Mary McClain and husband Larry of Phoenix, AZ, Faith Ornelas and husband John of Crown Point, IN, Hope McPherson of Bellevue, WA, Theresa Beaumont of San Francisco, CA, and one brother, Matt McPherson of Crandon, WI. Extended family includes, 9 aunts and uncles, 9 nieces and nephews and one great nephew. Visitation will be held Friday, June 3, 2011 from 4:00p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Hills Funeral Home in Bellevue, WA. A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 4, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Sunset Hills Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Memorial Park. I miss you so much Cynthia! I think about all the laughing we did (on the phone and when we were together). Remember how much fun we had on the flight to Hawaii. And our fun trip to Australia. How we used to imitate Anita Baker. Remember when we wee in the KFC drive thru and we were laughing so hard about something that when we got to the window to pay, we kept driving. Remember Papagayo's on Thursday nights in Milwaukee. Remember playing softball and being on the usher board at St. Paul... and all of the traveling we did with the usher board. I love to just sit and think of all the fun times we had and I will cherish our memories forever. I will always speak of you to Adam and keep your memory alive. He loved you so much and loved that you came to visit. He has a picture of just the two of you in his game room. Framed high on a shelf so that he can always see you. WE love you Cynthia. Continue to rest in heaven my sweet sister.♡♡♡

Your smile is always close to my face. I miss you and think of you daily....we often how or what you would have done or said in our daily lives and we are so happy that the memories you left with us and for as often as we watched you live life and be happy. We love you dearly!

My baby Cynthia, images and memories of you keep you close and forever in my presence. My heart misses you so much I can not begin to explain this feeling but I know deep within you are right by my side always sharing and caring in such a special way. I know you were much younger but you always knew how to comfort me and make me know everything would be ok. I am wishing you a most wonderful in heaven. Sweetie, I dreamed you came to visit us in Chicago and in the dream we had some drama going on and as you always did...you spoke words to calm the situation and as quickly as that was done, you said...now come on, what movie are we going to watch. It was always so conforting how you knew just what to say and you always quickly moved out of the space of what could be an issue to what was delightful and fun. Christopher, Jason, Jenny and I miss you so very much! We love you.

You taught me to tie my on the front porch of the old house in Mississippi,and to tell time at Aunt Christine's one summer, then how to parallel park in the parking lot at the mall one night in Racine, and I'll never forget the time you came camping with me and my girl scout troop when I was in 6th grade. As long as I have these and so many more wonderful memories, you'll always be right here (in my heart). I know you were my Aunt, but more like a sister. I love and miss you.

My precious little angle....you left such an impact on the lives of me and my children. Your smile and commitment to family and the love you shared with each of us are what we miss the most. When I see your face as I go from day to day I am sadden that I can not call you to see how you are doing or just share some very precious moment with you but I know God has you in his care and you are in the best place according to His will for your life.
