Words cannot easily express the shock of what has happened. I was heartbroken to hear the news.
Cesar was a wonderful person and will be missed by all who knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
While some share the loss of a dear loving son, friend, husband and father, at Virginia Mason Medical Center we share the loss of an excellent coworker and exceptional friend that will truly be missed.

I Known Cesar Fr.His Sister Lirio and I Work with him at VM Cesar his a nice guy,everytime we see each other in our department he always says whats-up agie he call me agie all the time.sometimes he make a joke in our department he always smile to everybody

We work with Cesar for several years and at VM we look to each other as family. Cesar stood above all as a positive, up-lifting gentleman and he brought sunshine into our department. Every morning he would make his rounds to make sure he said good morning and gave us a smile and a laugh to start our day. What a wonderful person to have known and will be truly missed. My family & I were very saddened to hear about Cesar's passing. Knowing that words are only a small gesture of support, I want you to know that his spirit has touched my entire clan (especially to my nephew, Joseph. You and your family are our thoughts and prayers.
We will definitely miss him.

I had the great pleasure to work and know Cesar for the past 12 years. He was smart, talented, kind, tollarent, and wonderful to work with. He was our "go to" guy. any question or problem with our work, from computers to patients, he had the right answer. If he didn't know he know wher we could locate the answer. He was full of ideas for how we could perform better. We relied on him sor so much, for so much. He shared so many family stories about the children with us that we felt that we knew them. He was also well known throughout Virginia Mason Medical Center. He was one of the staff who others called if they had a question of needed something. He took on so much work; and did it perfectly. There is so much more to say. Simply, we loved him too. We will miss him too.

heavenly father, we thank you for you have shared the life of cesar to us for 39 wonderful years. we learned the value of friendship as we treasure the moments; walking together on our way to school, serving the altar together at church, swimming and playing in the river and playing basketball at the plaza. thank you for giving us a good friend, a kind brother, a loving father, an awesome husband and an obedient son. his life here on earth may be short but the memories would linger on. we pray father for cesar's family to remain strong and intact as they mourn for the lost of a love one. may you embrace them with your healing power and love. may peace be in our hearts as cesar's soul returns to you our lord, the author of life. amen

I worked with Cesar at Virginia Mason in the ROI DEPT. He was funny, caring and a hard worker. I will always remember him. For his family I know you have suffered a great loss and for that you have my deepest condolences. You are all in my prayers.
