Vivienne Davidson Obituary

Vivienne M. (Bangs) Davidson

Vivienne passed away on April 15th 2013 in Seattle. Born October 14th 1919 by a Midwife to Norval and Christine Bangs in Ballard. She joins her husband Fred C. Davidson who passed in 2005 and son Chris D. Davidson who passed in 1976. She is survived by her sister Shirley (Bangs) Greer, and brother-in-law Vern Greer of Seattle; sons Todd of Arlington and Patrick of Seattle; three grandchildren, Jerremy, Elliot & Shari; nieces, Shirley Ann, Lynne and nephew Jim Greer. Vivienne was a Seattle native and resident of Magnolia for 56 years. Her passions were her family, gardening, baking and sewing. Her culinary creations and her seamstress talents delighted all. A wonderful Mother and a best friend to have. Blessed with an "interesting" sense of humor and a grand view of life. She was kind and generous and loved by all who knew her. She is dearly missed. Special thanks to the loving staff at Anderson House in Shoreline for her final years. Per her request, no service will be held. Donations in her name to Children's Hospital.

Trying to put my auntie into words was a difficult task indeed. She was a true inspiration to all who met her, never a harsh word or gloomy thought, a smile on her lips and a twinkle in her eye. If sunshine had a name it would be Vivienne! I love and miss you, Auntie.
