Every memory of Mr. Glasser makes me thank God for his faithful, earnest and consistently Christ-centered life and teaching at Columbia Bible College in the 50's. Now his "Announcing the Kingdom" is further encouraging and challenging me in serving the King in His mission.

Dr. Glasser was a man who deeply influenced my theological thought. He was my mentor for my Master's degree and then for my Doctoral program until he moved to Seattle in the late 1990s. Not only academically, he was also a wonderful friend and mentor to me. I will miss him very much, but I am glad I will meet him in the Kingdom of God, the Kingdom he taught me to love so dearly. My condolences to the family. Precious is the death of the righteous, heaven is now rejoicing with his arrival. Ehud M. Garcia, Ph.D.
