Sherry, please accept my heart felt condolences on your mother's passing. She was one of my favorite people, always full of joy and a pleasure to be around. I remember dancing with her at Scott's wedding and we almost fell in the pond. We laughed alot about that. I was reminiscing with Lori about how your mom was one of her first babysitters and how Lori would be bawling when I left her there. It lasted for about two seconds, cause your mom would always find ways to entertain her. We reminisced about the family room and how your parents always had the whole Henderson clan there for all the holdays, birthdays, and showers. Your mom was loved by all, and I'm saddened by her death, but she has left us with wonderful memories.
Fondly, Barbie (the other Barbara J Henderson)

We are thankful for her long connection with us at Wallingford Community Senior Center through her passion for bridge. Warmly, Friends from WCSC

Although I didn't know you for that long, I was amazed by even the glimpse of the person I have heard so much about. Even in what I believe as one of the hardest times in your life, I got to see your smile make several peoples' days, a small community all stop by and express their love for you, a family that all wanted to devote their lives to you and even got a few good smiles out of you for the stories I told you from my life... Thank you for opening my eyes to an amazing daughter and granddaughter and showing me that no matter what, there are always little things worth smiling for.

I was Barbara's hairstylist and friend for about the last 15 years. I grew to love her, she had such a positive attitude, beautiful smile, was so willing to give her time to others and she wasn't too fussy about her hair! I always wanted her hair exact and she liked it kind of spikey!! I miss Barbara already
