Hope you see this, so many years after Bruce´s passing. I was a traffic reporter and Bruce occasionally served as my check pilot out of Galvin Flying Service. He was a great guy: kind, respectful and genuine. So sorry to hear of his passing at an age that was far too young.

I just heard today. I am heart broken for all the whippo family. Bruce and jo are dear friends of my father. Growing up for me meant many holidays and many Sunday dinners spent with you. I have always cherished those times. Bruce and joe made me feel like part of the family. They showed me love and I felt special in their presence. I appreciate and love all of you.

Jo,
We never met, but Bruce was not only my flight instructor, but a friend! I have a video of him and me preparing for a cross country flight and scenes aboard during the flight!I can't fly anymore, but it was'nt too long ago, that Bruce volunteered to take me up and let me fly one more time! He borrowed my plane one day to fly his Dad, up to Paine Field! Harold and I were in the USCG way back when!
I'm going to miss Bruce, and please
accept my condolences for your loss!
