Carl W. Yocum

Carl W. Yocum was born January 22, 1918 in Seattle, to Fred S. and Anna Yocum. Carl passed away peacefully in Issaquah, WA on June 20, 2014. Carl was married 67 years to his beloved Myrt who preceded him in death in 2009.

Family includes children George (Sheila), David (Susan), Joan (Martin) Adamczak, Thomas (Paula), Patricia (Rick) Sego, 16 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law Paul(Margie) Richardson, James (Lysbeth) Richardson, and many nieces and nephews.

Carl retired from Puget Power as a Communications Manager after 44 years of service. Blessed with many enduring friendships on Hudson Street and at their home on Rocky Bay, Carl and Myrt enjoyed a life of faith, love and laughter.

The family thanks Fr. Fred Mayovsky, S.J. and all of Carl's wonderful caregivers.
