Carole Morgan Molitor Obituary
Carole Morgan Molitor

Carole passed away peacefully September 28, 2017 at the age of 89. She was born and grew up in Seattle. A 1946 grad from Garfield High, she was involved in Girls Club, "G" Club and was honored with Radiance Roll her senior year. During World War 2, she assisted her community as a plane spotter and was active in the USO. She met her love, Harvey Molitor, and they married in 1950, settling in Medina. They raised three daughters and family was her priority, but when the girls were raised, she enjoyed working for the Department of Fisheries for 20 years. After retirement, she kept active with water aerobics, volunteering at the First Congregational Church, as a member of Kilarney Garden Club and Red Hats, enjoying grandkids and traveling. She is survived by daughters, Karen Plaskow (Louis), Christine Carey (Jim), Nancy Friggione (Vincent), and by 6 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Molitor, parents, Dorothy and William Morgan, and sister Jeanne. A celebration of Carole's life will be held at Evergreen Washelli in Seattle, on October 8th at 3:00pm.
