I find myself thinking of Christy's warmth and vibrancy often. What a wonderful presence in our world. She is missed.

Christy was always a "light" in all settings. I so enjoyed her love of life and determination to enjoy every minute of it. I will truly miss our deep discussions, She was a good listener and always willing to hear another point of view. She was special and a true friend. I'm so disappointed I missed her service but I believe we will be reunited in eternity. No comfort can be offered to her children as they suffer yet again another loss but know she is always with you. Enjoying your times of laughter and joy and crying and comforting you during your times of disappointment and loss. She truly was a role model for many and will be missed greatly.

Christy was a wonderful human being, a great lawyer, and friend. She expected a lot, but gave a lot in return. My condolences to her family during this sad time. She will be greatly missed.

Very sorry to hear about the passing of my cousin Jim's lovely lady. Jim's happiest times in his life were the years spent with Christie and he and Christie were very proud of Travis Jo, Colin and Kimberly. Christie will be missed by all that knew here.

Christy was a great fan of books and independent bookstores. She would often call and ask to have 3 or 4 copies of a book wrapped and ready to be picked up so she could hand them out to her friends. We at the Edmonds Bookshop will miss her smile.

Christy is/was the cousin I always looked up to... the closest thing to blood sister I had. She was so smart, strong, warm and funny. I idolized her as a child and admired her and her selfless, work as an adult. I wish wed been closer in miles, but we'll never be richer in smiles.
Rest pain free, and peacefully for now, we will play and laugh again one day, but I promise never to make you play board games.
Love you ChristyCuz

Going back the the "Wonder Years".....
Christy was the only person I knew whose Mad Magazine collection was bigger than mine. Her great sense of humor really should have been more "warped" after reading all of those....
I used to love visiting the "Seattle Cousins" and enjoying their (one of the first families to have a) color TV, (many hours playing with the) pool table, and Uncle Al always seemed to have the BEST Hi Fi stereo system. Use to love walking/running/climbing down the hillside to play on the beach along the Puget Sound.
Thanks for being such a great cousin, Christy. Wish I had been able to spend more time with you and your children in the later years.
Love, Brent

After playing a board game with her cousin Bruce, she remarked, "Gamewise, you won, but friendship-wise, it was a tie." She had a great sense of humor. She was like a second daughter to me, as the daughter of my deceased twin sister.

Dear Christy,
We will so miss that beautiful smile ..it was always there whenever we saw you.. We wish so much that we had gotten together much sooner than we did. We really do cherish the times we did have.
Bob and I have great memories of the salmon dinners at Lake Forest Park.
You were so kind to Bob's mother and we will always remember that.
We know you and Jim are together again.
May you rest in peace Christy.
All our love, Bob and Sue
