Tom and family,
I was sorry to read of your mother's passing. It sounds like she had a long life full of love and family. She and Georgie were friends for many many years. Georgie passed several years ago and I think Dad may be the only one left of the Terrible Twelve. They always seemed to have so much fun together, in and out of church, and I will always have fond memories of our family trips to the cabins at Long Beach, camping at Millersylvania and most of all camping at Lake Chelan. I'll never forget watching them carve out new campsites that would accommodate 5 tents so we could "group"
camp, and then coming back the next year to find them numbered, improved and ready to go! As their kids, we had alot of fun together playing cards, games and just generally raising havoc.
At 88, Dad is still under his own steam, has outlived 3 wives, and enjoys fairly good health. Robin and I moved him last spring from the east to the west side of the mountains to better keep an eye on him and he is in assisted living, but still drives.
Our best to you, from one TT family to another.
