Donald FROSTAD Obituary

Donald FROSTAD Donald Frostad, 68, died peacefully on February 4, 2011, from pneumonia at the end of a lengthy hospital stay. Don passed away in the perfect circle of love felt by his adored daughters, Amy, Kirsten, Alix, and Jody; and his wife Jeanne, the love of his life, partner and best friend for over 47 years. Don was raised in Wenatchee and was actively involved in team sports with a particular passion for skiing. Don was a Dean's List graduate of St. Martins College. He then went on to highly successful careers at Xerox and later in the real estate and mortgage banking industries. Don loved boating and being on the water. "Frosty" was an amazing man with many accomplishments, a "Jack of all Trades". Don was a true gentleman and a wonderful husband, father, father-in law, and grandfather. His 12 grandchildren will forever cherish the life stories he shared with them. He will be remembered and admired by his friends for his wisdom, gentleness, positive attitude, and his brilliant quirky wit. A memorial for Don will be held in the spring.
