Dorothy Higgs Obituary

Dorothy (Dot) M. HIGGS Renton resident of Merrill Gardens passed away there on February 22, 2011, six days short of her 86th birthday. Besides being an incredible wife and mother, she also worked as an administrative assistannt at several businesses, the last with her husband, Elbert D. Higgs, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her older son, Frank. She is survived by her twin brother, Jack Watson; son Tom Higgs of Egypt; daughter Janet Randall (Dwayne) of Renton; granddaughters Lisa Wood (Magnus) of Pullman, and Amy Baccetti (Brent) of San Diego; and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be remembered for her graciousness and her love for her family and friends. A celebration of her life will be held at 2 PM, March 5, at the Renton Merrill Gardens Facility. Remembrance may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Evergreen Hospice of Kirkland.
