Sarah and family, I send my deepest sympathy for your loss. I had the opportunity to work with Edwin at Sparling for many years and enjoyed his sense of humor, kindness, and his gentle spirit. There are not many people you come across in your lifetime that touch your life, Edwin was one of those people. The angels are always near to those who are grieving, to whisper to them that their loved ones are safe in the hand of God. ~ Corriene Shea, Kenmore Washington

Sarah,

I send my deepest condolences...I knew Edwin back in High School at Evergreen High School...He was on the Wrestling team with my brother...I went and cheered him on at most wrestling meets. His kind, gentle and loving spirit will be missed. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you work through this difficult time.

Sarah and family - I'm proud to say that I considered Edwin a mentor for the 7 years that we worked together at both Sparling and F+K. Working as closely as we did, he drove me crazy with his perfectionist ways, but I always knew deep down it made me a better designer. He was a great teacher and I'll never forget the chances that he gave me to move ahead.

I have several fun memories of Edwin, but the one that sticks out the most is when he told me you all were pregnant with twins. He was shocked and excited all at the same time.

I know that you are surrounded by amazing family and friends right now, but if there is anything that Kristen and I can do for you, please let us know. Our thoughts are with you.
