Elaine WEST Elaine West, born Marjorie Elaine West passed away, May 8, 2011 in Seattle WA. She was born February 28, 1926 in Monroe WA. Elaine's 85 years were spentas a Devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother, Teacher, Friend, Artist, Musician, Traveler, Seeker and accomplished business women. She is survived by Gerald, her husband of 59 years and son Christopher (Denise) and their family, and daughter, Alison. She will be greatly missed. The memorial service will be held at Bayview Retirement Community, 11 West Aloha St, Seattle, 98119 at 2:00 p.m. Saturday May 14, 2011. Donations may be made in her name to Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity or Heifer Int'l.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
