In Loving Memory Ernett R. ALTHEIMER September 9, 1937 ~ April 26th 2007 Ernett R. Altheimer peacefully passed away on April 26th, 2007 with his family by his side, at the Franciscan Hospice Home in Tacoma, Washington, after a courageous two year battle with cancer. He was a Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather "Papa", Brother, Uncle, Inventor, Mentor, Civic Leader and Friend to many others. Ernett was born to the late Bishop R. E. Altheimer and Mrs. Bernice N. Sims Altheimer who both preceded him in death. The family relocated from Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Seattle, Washington in 1943. They settled in Tacoma, Washington in 1945. Ernett Altheimer was the Founder and Chairman, of Nile Group, Inc. in Seattle, Washington for the past 35 years. Mr. Altheimer developed and managed a broad range of international, technology-based companies including P & B Services, Fresh Flavor Meals and the Sphere Group. Mr. Altheimer was a graduate of the University of Puget Sound. Viewing will be May 3, 2007 from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the Powers Funeral Home located at 320 West Pioneer, Puyallup, WA 98371, (253)845-0536. Services will be held Saturday, May 5, 2007, at 12 noon, in Tacoma, Washington at the Washington State Church of God In Christ State Headquarters, 9201 Pacific Avenue, Tacoma, WA 98444. Internment will be at Mountain View Cemetery, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. SW, Lakewood, WA 98499.
