I met Frank when I was a new and young patrol officer. He was a very pleasant and nice man and as a rookie, I thought his duty gun belt was really cool, he had his ammunition in the old style bullet loops which were on his belt, a bit of the wild west. We wish his family well, Director Randy Tibbs (Ret.SPD)

I have many fond memories of Frank, particularly when he was part of the Range crew ... a kind man.
