Too young and too vibrant to be whisked away so suddenly. I would always look forward to celebrating the holidays with her and she was always ready to join in when we sang the Beatles songs, whom she loved. Although, technically my 2nd cousin, she was much more a close first cousin and I will miss her vibrant personality and distinctive voice at our future get-togethers.
Rest in Peace Gayle,
Your cuz Doug

Gayle is gone
"7th grade I met you, loved you from the start
It was then you were placed inside my heart.
Had so much fun, met people, went places
Called you Sterling silver because you wore braces
Took until high school to laugh about that
My wedding you wore permed hair under a straw hat.
If only I could see you one more time,
Oh God how I miss my partner in crime.
It must be a mistake, something went wrong
but I do know now, you are with my mom.
I ache for your parents and your brothers,
I need you like your girls need their mother.
Dean will always be the love of your life,
he was so proud that you were his wife.
And you will always mean the world to me,
I wish to hear your brutal honesty.
I already feel you from up above
And you will always feel all of my love.
I have to let you go now, you are free,
Feel the peace, now you can finally breath.
I think of you with almost every song,"
I will accept my best friend, Gayle is gone.
With my love, Cheri Dalsanto~Adams

A truly kind soul-who always thought of others before herself. She leaves us much too soon but with joyful memories of her love for life, her love for her husband Dean and her never ending love for her two beautiful Daughters-Chelsea and Karly. Sylvia Garrett-Olson & Family

So sorry to hear about Gayle. I have tried to remember when we first met...Our mothers met in the hospital. Gayle was born the day before me, she lived just around the corner,we went from kindergarten to graduation. Many many fond memories...so glad she was at our last Henry Ford dinner..really enjoyed reconnecting..she was so fun and it was nice to catch up on all the years...she loved her husband very much that was clear...we talked about every one in her family....she cared deeply for all of them and I felt good she seemed so happy with her life.My heart goes out to all of her family from all of my family. So sorry to learn that such a truly sweet, passionate, bright and loving person is no longer here to share all that Gayle was with those who were fortunate enough to be part of her life. Growing up together with Gayle, I have always felt a bond and have had a place deep in my heart for the girl I met in Jr. High, and later the women that I had the opportunity to share many wonderful times and memories with.
Gayle's passing reminds us all of the times shared and how she in her own life has influenced, enhanced and brightened our lives by simply being that beautiful person we all cared about. My thoughts are with all that shared Gayle's life, especially her Family, and I will always remember fondly all the days I was affored the opportunity to walk the prettiest girl home from school. All the Best Gayle....Always.

Gayle and I never went to school together but we met when we were both in Junior High at Kristen Faulkner's house. Gayle was a lot of fun. Ten years later we ended up working together in corporate accounting for what was then Pacific Northwest Bell. I not only appreciated her adventuresome streak, but I also respected her intelligence and hard work. We carpooled and socialized together until I had a baby. In fact she organized the office baby shower for me (28 years ago). Life got busy for both of us and we lost contact. The last time I spoke to her was right after Chelsea was born. I remember how happy and proud she was of her baby girl. What a tragic loss for her family and for all of us. I'm so sorry she's gone but I take comfort in knowing, she loved life. Her childhood was filled with stories of her foibles with her brother Bob. She found what many never do, her soul-mate, Dean, and she experienced the best life has to offer with two wonderful daughters. She loved being a mother. Mary (Delorie) Guballa

It has been many years since I have seen Gayle. I am very sad to read of her passing. I recall her as lots of fun and with a great sense of humor but also as a genuine, open person who was a pleasure to be with. We had a few giriel outings and while not tattling too much, I will always remember the laughs around the toe the size of an Idaho Spud. Diane Buckley (friend of Susan Sterling)

The 3 stooges was just one title of many given to Gayle, Cheri, & I. We loved each other dearly and always will. Gayle's death has left a deep hole in my heart and life. Not only did she work for my company for a time, she, Cheri, & I would sit on my back deck or still have spend overs at Cheri's every now and then and talk for hours. I will miss you Gayle, and I am comforted to know that while you were in the hospital, you prayed and asked the Lord to come into your life (John 3:3). I will see you on the other side my dear friend. My heart and love goes out to Dean, Chelsea, and Karly, it was too soon to lose your partner in life and mother, as well as John and Joyce. To lose a child is so very hard. My prayers extend also to Johnny and Bob. The world has lost, but heaven has gained a beautiful soul. Always your friend, Becky Bailey Yale

I am so sorry for the loss of Gayle. My heart goes out to the whole family. Gayle and I went to Henry Ford grade school together and I will never forget her. She was always so giving and always put a smile on my face. Although I did not see Gayle that often whenever we did run into each other it always seemed like it was just yesterday. What a great person...you will be missed!!
