I met Gene in 1942 when we were classmates at O'Dea High School. We used to talk him into bringing his accordian
to school to entertain our class. In later years we followed his success in the music & entertainment business.Although not close, I still considered Gene a good friend. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Grace and her family.
