Helen DESHAW

Helen DeSHAW Helen DeShaw was my extra mother not just my mother-in-law. I met her shortly after I met her son Glen. I, Becky, was 15. I will miss her as of course so will many others. At 92, rapidly approaching 93, she still has many friends in her church, NW Christian in Ballard, and at Wesley Terrace in Des Moines where she spent her last years after the death of her husband, Jesse (Hap)DeShaw. The surviving family, Glen and I, our daughters Jenn DeShaw, Jessi Overton and her family, my nieces Sandi LeVar and Shannon Krause and their families, my sister Linda Leifsen and her family will miss her. We expect she and Hap are into at least their 5th round of golf with many more before them. Please join us for the memorial Sunday, January 30th @ 1:00pm at NW Christian Church in Ballard.
