Jane and Denny sailed with Jack and me in the 1970´s. We were with them when Ian was born. Close friends. I am so sorry that we lost touch. Jane was smart, funny and a first class sailor. Ian looks so much like her.

Jane came to me twice a month for massage for the past 10 years, consequently I had the pleasure of getting to know her quite well. She always spoke so lovingly of her family, sharing stories of gatherings at Diamond Lake and holidays in her home. She also shared her love for her friends as well as her interests in sailing, the classics, hockey and life in general, even trying out hang-gliding in the last year or two of her life! She was a true inspiration.
I know she will be very much missed.

I lost touch with Jane over the past few years. It saddened me to hear of her passing, but I know she made the most of her last years with positive energy and dignity. I will be out of town during her memorial service, but will be thinking of her.

I admired the way Jane handled her journey with cancer the last few years. Her attitude was inspiring and refreshing. I will remember her as someone special, not only because she was my daughter's mother-in-law, but also because of who she was.

Jane was a dear friend and I will miss her. Her battle against the cancer that overtook her was inspiring. I will always remember the wonderful times we spent together. My sincere sympathy goes to her family.
