Jane was my first mentor in graduate school at WSU. She was an excellent scientist, extremely supportive, unselfish and devoted to her students. She helped me a great deal in my career. I will never forget her kindness and support. My condolences to Mike and other family members.

Jane inspired and educated me. She read the most interesting books and shared her viewpoint. She was passionate about Canine Companions for Independence and was their true advocate. I so enjoyed getting to know her. Her sense of humor was terrific! She will be missed but not forgotten. My sincere condolences to her family and wonderful husband, Michael.
