Jane Cochran Obituary

Jane M. Cochran

Jane M. Cochran passed away after a long struggle with dementia on the morning of December 15, 2012. She was born January 1, 1932 in Buffalo, NY, the youngest child of Agnes L. and J. Neil Mahoney. Jane's survivors include husband Donald D. Cochran, brothers Thomas and Laurence L. (all Seattle residents). Other survivors: Joseph Mahoney, Federal Way and sister Carol Mahoney, Santa Maria, CA; Jane was predeceased by her brother Paul Mahoney and sister Virginia Casey.

The Mahoney's moved to Seattle in 1942. Jane graduated from Holy Name's Academy and Seattle University, becoming a registered nurse. She loved working in the maternity section and in later years worked in Home Care in private homes. She was active in the schools while the boys were growing up.

Don I wish you condenses on Jane's Passing. As you know I lost Sylvia 6/04/11 after her long suffering, so I know a little about how you might feel. You are a Saint for all the years you supported Jane with her medical and physiological difficulties. I won't be able to attend her funeral tomorrow but would really like to speak with you. Please call me at 206-369-0078 so we can talk further about your loss. Love in Christ.
