Joseph C. FISHER Joseph C. Fisher "Joe" passed away peacefully on April 28th surrounded by his family. Joe was born on October 6th, 1927 the 3rd of 4 children born to Ed and Helen Fisher in San de Fuca, Washington. He grew up as a native of Whidbey Island and joined the United States Navy. He was a veteran of 3 wars and retired after more than 20 years of service to his country. In 1953 he married Pat Sinniger. The marriage lasted 57 years until Pat passed away in 2010. He will be lovingly remembered by his sisters, Marie and Edith; his children, Helen, Terri, Valerie, Steve and Pam; his 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
