Mary C. CHINN Mary C. Chinn led a long and happy life and passed away peacefully on May 4, 2012. She left behind four generations of offspring, including 3 children, 7 grandchildren, and 9 great-granddaughters. She possessed a keen mind, quick wit, and a stubbornness that served her well throughout her life. Earlier in her life she had a memorable career as executive secretary to the president at United Way and was active in the Chinese community. She enjoyed tennis, travelling, bridge, mahjong and dim sum. The family will hold a private graveside service. Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the Chinese Baptist Church, 5801 Beacon Ave S., Seattle, WA 98108.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
