May Stewart Obituary

May C. STEWART May was born Dec. 5, 1912 and spent her life in the Pacific Northwest. When she married Jack Stewart they moved to Seattle, where they worked, raised their family and enjoyed years of camping and boating. An avid gardener, May spent many happy hours in her gardens. She loved the outdoors and long hikes in the forests. May was active for many years with her friends in their garden and sewing clubs and was a long time member of the Lake City Presbyterian Church. May passed away peacefully on Feb. 10, 2011. She is sadly missed by her family, sons Mark (Janice) and Larry (Karon), grandsons Scott (Luisa) and John and great granddaughter, Kayla.A small memorial service will be held at Foss Village where May lived the last 4 years. She was a wonderful person, may she rest in peace.

My deepest sympathy to all of the family. I was saddened to hear of May's passing. I just saw her a few weeks ago & thought how well she looked & what a good visit we had. I concur that she was a wonderful person & it was a priviledge to have had her in my life. She will be greatly missed.
