Misha E. Robinson Obituary
Misha E. Robinson

Mischa (Mike) E. Robinson breathed his last breath on August 6, 2013 after 97 years on the face of this earth. He was born in Candle, Alaska, the firstborn of immigrant parents Rosa and Hilkey Robinson. Mike grew up in Candle living above the family store on the main street of the small mining town along with his younger brother "Bud" and baby sister Maxine. Mike moved to Seattle with the family at age 12 where he completed his schooling, culminating in a degree in Mathematics at the University of Washington. Mike married Betty Ann Slater, who preceded him in death in 2004. The couple moved to Bellevue where they raised their family. Mike worked until retirement for the L.E. Carter Co. He was a master bridge player and enjoyed the game till near the end of his life. Mike always had a smile and sense of humor up to the end. He will be laid to rest next to Betty at the Sunset Memorial Park in Bellevue by his three children Beverly Robinson Churchill, Michael Robinson and Carol Robinson, who will all miss him very much. The family gives special thanks to Liliana and her staff at the Excellent AFH for their loving care of Mike in his final days.
