Paul Joseph Brock|
5/3/1956 ~ 11/10/2012
Paul was born in Dublin and came to Meriden, CT in 1987 where he worked as a systems analyst for PWC. In 1990 Paul married Angela Fitzgerald of Dublin, and in '98 they moved to QA Hill. Paul is survived by Angela and their faithful dog Tara, his Aunt Anne (NY), his cousin Eileen and her children (PA), his parents Joe and Brenda Brock (England), and his sister Yvonne (Sandy), two brothers Wayne (Mary) and David (Orla) and nieces and nephews (Ireland).
Paul was forced to retire in 2000 due to liver disease. In the years since, his caring for others has been evidenced in volunteer work with Seattle Walk Run which, with his help, has touched the lives of many who have completed marathons as a result.
Paul was loved by many friends at SWR and Bailey Boushay House, as well as neighbors on QA. He had a marvelous sense of humor, loved people and told a great story. He will be missed.
The family expresses gratitude for excellent medical care provided by Dr. Ralph Rossi and Debra at The Polyclinic, Dr Hirsch and staff at UW, and Dr Anne Larson and colleagues at Swedish.
A memorial will be held at Bethany Community Church on Dec 29th at 11am. In lieu of flowers donations to Bailey-Boushay.org.
