Phillip Michael CARRIVEAU|
Went to be with his parents and brother Guy on December 4, 2013, after complications of a lung transplant in 2010. He was bom on June 5, 1945 in Montebello, California, to Clarence and Winifred Enos Carriveau. They moved to Seattle that same year. Phil attended Ravenna Grade School, Nathan Eckstein Junior High, and graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1963. He entered the Army in 1967 and served in Vietnam. After an honorable discharge in 1968 he returned to Seattle and started Carriveau Dental Lab from which he retired after nearly 40 years. Phil was married to Linda Meiser Carriveau for 20 years.
Phil is survived by his sister Jacqueline Shaw of California, niece Ilene Dunagan, nephews Craig and Guy Bosworth, and his twin brother Bill (Jackie) of Seattle.

A celebration of Phil's life will be held on January 4, 2014, at 1:00 pm, at Seattle Unity Church, 200 8th Avenue N, Seattle, WA 98109.
