I am so saddened to hear of Dr. Bilboa passing. I'm sure he never realized the effect that he had on the students whose lives he personally touched. I have carried memories of how he conducted his life and how he balanced his decisions as an inspiration. It is too late to tell Dr. Bilboa, but I want his family to know that his example made a very big difference in my life. I am so sorry for your loss.

I never knew Dr. Bilbao personally, but when I saw him around campus he always had the warmest smile. He once wrote a letter complimenting the choreography I created for a basketball game. I couldn't believe the superintendent of our schools would take the time to do something like that. That was a long time ago, but I still remember his kindness. My condolescences to the Bilbao family.

He was a man of character and poise. I was honored to have known him. As a 1986 graduate of Monroe, Dr. Bilbao was a dedicated father, husband and educator. My thoughts are with the whole Bilbao family with this great loss. God Speed Dr. Ralph you are sorely missed by many.

Dearest Elaine, I'm so very sorry for your loss. I remember the party we had for you both to celebrate you being quite the "paradox/pair of docs". My prayers are with you. Love and hugs, Di
