Robert Geiger Obituary
Robert E. GEIGER Born March 13, 1941 in Tacoma; died May 28, 2011 in Seattle. Survived by his loving wife, Mary, and his daughter, Jennifer Geiger, PhD., whom he lovedand adored. Also survived byhis brother, Charles Geiger (JoAnne) and his nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Robert was a Registered Nurse who worked for many years as a Nurse Manager at Rainier School for the Developmentally Disabled. He was an avid fisherman who spent many relaxing hours on Puget Sound, and became a creel maker after his retirement. He generously shared his wisdom, advice, and encouragement with us and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, June 4th at 10:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 121 N 80th St., Seattle, 98103. Interment, Calvary Cemetery, Tacoma. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in his name to Bellarmine High School, 2300 S. Wash- ington St. Tacoma, WA 98405-1304.
