Russell E. Bucy

Russell E. BUCY Russell E. Bucy, age 88, passed away October 26 in Enumclaw, WA. Born in Chillicothe Ohio in 1921, Mr. Bucy was a longtime resident of Seattle and Renton, WA and lived in Enumclaw WA since 1989. He proudly served aboard the USS Essex in WWII and was employed for 35 years at Fisher Mills in Seattle. He was preceded in death by Alice, his wife of 54 years, William Wren his eldest son, his brother Robert, sister Dorothy McVicker and grandson Robert Barr. He is survived by his daughter, Mrs. Sharon Barr of Arlington WA, a son, Colonel USA (ret) Russell Bucy and daughter-in-law Lynne of Gig Harbor WA; brothers Carl and Charles, sisters Irene Lowery and Jean Foor all of Chillicothe Ohio; grandson Dr. Christopher Barr, granddaughters Denise Greg, Kerry Barr, Allison Barr, Megan Johnson and Amanda Bucy; great-grandchildren Ryan and Jason Barr, Lindsey Henry and Ashley Greg, and great-great granddaughter Peyton Henry. Mr. Bucy will rest at Washington Memorial Park in SeaTac WA.
