We know Ruth for almost 20 years. She was a very nice lady that I enjoyed talking with. She had a heart of gold and we still think of her. Rest in peace

I met Ruth in 1983, when I moved to Dibble. I found her to be a very interesting person to talk to; I learned a lot about her family history and early life in Ballard. Linda and I would bring her tomatoes from our garden and she used to talk often about her garden and the success she had, starting plants from seeds. After Ruth entered the adult care facility, we would still go over and see her and bring some tomatoes, if in season. I still look out my front window at her house and think of her and some of good times we had talking with each other. Ruth would attend our annual block watch party and seemed to really enjoy meeting with her neighbors, until her health started to decline and she was unable to attend. I am sorry that we were out of town and unable to attend her final services. We are glad to have known Ruth and will miss her.

Out thoughts are with you. We would have been at the memorial service but did not know about it. Our prayers and love go with her. She always had a smile.
