Beverly, please accept my deepest sympathy. We missed seeing you two i the West Seattle Library--Victory and I had a great time for years recommending books to each other! I always admired his energy and endless curiosity.

Hi Marlene and Jim~~ We were saddened to learn of your father's passing, Marlene. Although I only met him once or twice, he left a strong positive impression on me and he clearly lived his life to the fullest. Please accept our sympathies and our love. Gary and Regina Gallwas.

Marlene~I'm sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. It sounds like he had an amazing life. My dad was probably at Linfield College the same time as yours. I wonder if they knew each other-his name was Lloyd Diddy. Dad would have been 93 today. Blessings to you and your family.Susan Greenland

Vic was our family dentist for a number of years. He had interesting things to say when my mouth was open and I couldn't talk back. I have never known another dentist with such wide stories to tell. We enjoyed seeing him riding down, and up Admiral on his bicycle and chatting with friends at the Alki cafe. He was an unique person and enriched West Seattle.

I was a fellow Toastmaster with Vic for several years and always enjoyed his company and participation. He was jovial, humorous and always had a sparkle in his eye. I know he lived a great life and always gave me a friendly wave from his bike when I saw him in West Seattle.
