When I saw the list of friends that we had lost before Ingraham's 2025 50-year reunion, it was sad to see Wade, Tom Oaks, Dale Wilson, and Sherry Lally and so on. When I rode the Christ the King School bus to school, Sherry would stand up and ask everyone: "Why is there a fence around this cemetery?" every day when we passed the Evergreen Washelli Cemetery. Then she would say: "Because everyone is dying to get in!" Everyone heard this from her until the end of 8TH grade. I will always remember her laughter and smile.
When Wade died, I was working at a job in Edmonds, and suddenly I felt Wade by my side, which made me stop working. My brother called at the same time to tell me Wade died. I told my brother that I already knew. I felt overwhelmed that Wade swung by to see me on his way out of here!!!! Take care everyone!!!

I remember listening to "It's almost tomorrow" in my parents bedroom in the mid fifties. It had always been one of my favorite songs. It is a simple 3/4 time song with a male lead and several female backups, a piano and a bass. When you are really good, it doesn't take a lot of extra stuff. I wish things had worked out where they could have written more songs. He will be missed. Jim Dixon
