William F. Howard|
Born Sept. 17, 1944, our beloved Bill passed away peacefully at home on Oct. 7, 2013 after a 4-year-battle against Pancreatic Cancer. He will be remembered as a man of unparalleled integrity and generosity both in his personal life and in his professional life.
He is survived by his wife Gaye of 42 years, two daughters, Amy & Geoff Jacobson and Kristy & Richard Shoff, and his four cherished grandchildren; Cody & Kyle Jacobson and William & Audrey Shoff. He also leaves behind three sisters, three brothers and numerous cousins, nieces & nephews.
Bill was a manufacturers' representative in the lighting industry, starting his own company in 1976. Howard Lighting Sales began in the basement of his home and quickly grew into a successful business that continues to flourish after 37 years.
Along with his love of family, Bill's greatest joys in life were boating, fishing in Alaska, golfing, and traveling the back roads. We will miss so many things about him, especially his sense of humor, his uncanny ability to spin a tale, and his quick wit. The depth of our loss is immeasurable.
A private memorial will be held at a later date. Share memories at www.becksfuneralhome.com.
