I grew up as a neighbor to the Moseleys. I was so sad to hear of Virginia's passing. I have so many memories of her friendly and positive spirit. My mom, Dilys, was very saddened as Virginia was a good friend and they knew each other for many years as neighbors, friends, and attended the same church. I can still see Virginia out walking and picture her smile and energy. She was wonderful about clipping articles of interest and sending notes from her desk. I feel fortunate to have grown up on 21st Street in one of the unique brick tudors. It was a community that knew each other and Virginia was a wonderful, warm, and energetic part of it.
