As a patient of Doc Brewer's since the mid ' 80's I had the pleasure of experiencing her vibrant essence. She truly lit up the room and on many visits when I was either very sick or dealing with my depression and panic attacks she always put me at ease- without fail. My prayers and thoughst are with Doc Brewer and his family as well as all who were touched by her warmth.

A long dark winter's finally gone.
And though the shadows linger on,
a longed-for season has begun
that promises more light.

As winter bows to spring's bouquet,
the fragrance of a better day
invites our grieving hearts to hope
in what God has in store.

Speak not of winter's lifeless curse.
The spell of death has been reversed.
An empty grave in Palestine
is all the proof we need.

To: The Brewer Family,

In the course of a lifetime a few people you encounter especially touch you.Sue did this through her sense of caring for you as an individual and let you know she valued you as a person on this journey of life.
When she was in the Clinic either as a receptionist or nurse she made every patient feel as if he/she were special. What a great gift she gave to your dads patients.
It was a joy and a privilege for us to have known her. We will truly miss her.
Rest assured she is with the God she served so well.

My heart is heavy with sorrow for the Brewer family. Susan was a joy to have known for the short time that I knew her. Her warmth, kindness, and unpretentious personality will live on in my heart as I remember such a wonderful lady.

Craig and family,
We were all so saddened to read of Susan's passing. So many memories of Mom and Dad and Husky games and the kids playing basketball. She will be greeted with a big hug from "Santa" and will be so fondly remembered by all the rest of us. Love to all of you. Karen(Hash)Torkelson, Nancy Hash and Lorie Hash.

Susan touched so many lives and will be dearly missed. I will always remember her spunky spirit, her love of animals, especially Paladin, her wonderful cooking, and her devotion to her children and husband. I have fond memories of our trip to Hawaii with her and our kids, and the wonderful meal she and Kelsey served us all. My favorite "Susanism" is her referring to herself as a RBN - a Really Bad Nurse!! I doublt that she was, but I still laugh at her description of herself. We all loved Susan.
