Born May 31, 1946, died February 25, 2014 after a five year battle with cancer.

Survived by Kerry, his loving wife of 45 years; his children, Joel (wife Lindsey, children Peter & Charlie), Bridget Mraz (husband Mark, children Lukas & Kellen), Sarah Pauly (husband Jason, children Camille & Jake) and Megan; and his extended family including his sister Lorrie Wood and brothers Chris, Bob and Alan (Gaie) Burrows, and their families.

George was a devoted family man and truly one of a kind. He was proud to have served in the Army Signal Corps after completing ROTC and a B. A. in Business at Seattle University. George spent many hours volunteering as a coach for his son's various sports teams and as a barber for St. Martin de Porres Shelter. He was an active member of Our Lady of the Lake Parish and later of Holy Rosary Parish in Edmonds.

George's life will be celebrated with the Rosary on, Monday March 3rd at 7 PM and Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 4th Both services at
