Raymond J. Dreher

Ray was born in Gorham, KS on August 14, 1923. He passed away at his home in north Seattle on November 28, 2012.

He served in the Navy during WW2 and shortly thereafter moved to Seattle.

He was the owner of Glo Cleaners, in Lake City, from 1970 to 1990. He had a love of animals, motorcycles, writing pens and Christmas lights (and staple guns). He was also a long time friend of Bill W.

He is preceded in death by his wife Adeline. He is survived by daughter Karen (Stevens), son Stephen and daughter-in-law Gayle (Solberg); grandsons Brandon and William (BJ) Stevens and Kjell Dreher.

And his dog Boots.

A memorial will be held at Ballard First Lutheran Church (65th & 20th NW) on Wed. 12/19 at 2PM Remberances can be made to either Compass Housing Alliance or PAWS.
