Robert A. Pirolo|
Age 81, passed away Dec. 17, 2012, in Federal Way. He was born Nov. 18, 1931, in Seattle to Saverio and Clara Pirolo. He was raised in Seattle and attended Franklin High School. Bob married his high school sweetheart, Joyce Compton, on Nov. 24, 1950.
He retired from Langendorf Bakery (and took up a second career in golf).
Bob was very involved in the community and his church. He was a baseball umpire and active volunteer for the Kennedy High School Booster Club, at St. Philomena Catholic Church, and with the Knights of Columbus.
He leaves his wife, Joyce Pirolo; sons Rob Pirolo (Joan) and Greg Pirolo (Pam); daughters Pam Friscioni (Tony) and Denise Pirolo (Jeff); 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; brother John Pirolo; many nieces and nephews, and a large circle of extended family and friends.
