Lorraine A. (Johnson) Smith succumbed to Pick's Disease on December 20th, 2012. She passed peacefully at Golden Meadows Adult Family Home with her husband of 42 years at her side.
Lorraine, or Lori as some of her close family and friends called her, leaves behind her loving spouse, Buzz and sons Jade and Brett. She will also be missed by her sister Joni (Marsicano), daughters-in-law Heather and Rachel, and her four beautiful grandchildren: Jonah, Nora, Chloe and Casey.
Lorraine was born in Seattle, WA on June 13th, 1947 to her parents Charles and Ethel Johnson. She graduated from Chief Sealth High School, and later shined as a Mail Classification Manager for the United States Postal Service for over 40 years.
Lorraine will be remembered by her family, coworkers and friends for having a laugh that could be heard from far away, and a smile that could brighten any room. Possessing a very compassionate and generous personality, and to her last days a positive spirit that affected all of those around her, she will be missed by all.
Lorraine's family will be celebrating her life privately and appreciate all thoughts and prayers in lieu of flowers or donations.
