Geneva Maud Burgess|

"Ginny", 79, of Renton passed away in her sleep. Geneva was born in Kalispell, Montana. She moved to Renton in the 40's and lived with her father Glenn Berg and her brother Gene. She attended Renton HS and married Billie B Burgess in 1951. She worked as a keypunch operator for Van Waters & Rodger, Boeing and Wells Fargo Bank. She attended seminary school in St Louis and became a minister later in life. Ginny loved helping other, besides being a minister; she was also very involved in Al-Anon for over 30 years. She sponsored many individuals, directed meetings and volunteered her spare time when ever asked. She will be dearly missed in that community, where she had developed life-long friendships.
She is survived by her daughter JoAnn Hannon and sons Tim, Keith, Billie & Scott Burgess. Also numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren which she loved very much. She was preceded in death by her parents Glenn Sherman Berg and Glades Burtsfield, also her brother Gene Berg.
There will be a "Celebration of Life" Memorial on Nov 30 2013, 2pm at San Souci Estates community center located at 11312 125th st E. in Puyallup East Hill where she lived.
