Hall Haruo Hokama, 59, passed away, December 21, 2013, in Seattle, WA. He was born April 4, 1954 in Honolulu, HI, but has been a resident of this area for 34 years. During those years, 1983-1991, Hall and Cheryl owned a small restaurant, Hoki's Teriyaki Hut, a home away from home for many local people. Hall will always be remembered as a genuinely kind man that loved cooking, golfing, bowling and fishing.
Hall is survived by wife, Cheryl Hokama, of 31 years, daughters, Heather, 31 and Chelsea, 23, granddaughter Maleah, 1, brothers Lon Hokama and Glenn Hokama and sister Kathleen Tateishi. Memorial service will be held at Evergreen-Washelli, Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Arrangements under the direction of Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Home, Seattle.
