I have fond memories of Aunt Lola. I remember when I was 9 years old I stayed with Uncle Leonard and Aunt Lola to help them out. Lola and the kids were all sick with the mumps. I helped them as much as I could for a 9 year old. At the time, they were living in their garage while their house was being built. She paid me 5$ for helping them and wrote a letter to Aunt Norma's Children's Hour and they had me on their show and awarded me a charm bracelet. I loved my Aunt Lola for doing that. She is in God's home now and can Rest In Peace. You will be missed

Lola and I worked together in transcription at Burge Hospital (Cox) in the 60`s. I have very fond memories of that time. She was a good friend. I feel bad that we haven't kept up through the years but I think about her once in a while. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Many years ago, Lola and Leonard were close friends of my sister, Dorothy Fullerton Rookstool. Larry and I knew them also. Lola was a beautiful person and wonderful friend. I am glad she loved to walk by the ocean. Our sympathy to her family.

Lola was a dear friend of my mother, Dorothy Helen (Fullerton, Drysdale) Rookstool. I always looked forward to Lola's letters and pictures around Christmas time. She was such a sweet and kind lady and loved her family so much. Blessings and prayers to all of you. Much love, Lisa (Drysdale) Thompson
