She was baptized on July 27, 1924, and confirmed on May 1, 1938, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church on Balke Prairie.

Olga attended grade school at Balke Prairie, and in 1942, she graduated from Cole Camp High School. On June 14, 1954, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cole Camp by Rev. Henry Gerike, she was united in marriage to Leonard Carl John Schnell, who preceded her in death on November 20, 1977.

Prior to her marriage, she was a nurse at Wetzel Clinic and Sedalia Hospital. She was a consultant for Fashion 220 in the 1970s and a receptionist for Schnell Insurance in Cole Camp and Sedalia from 1979 until November of 1985. She and Leonard enjoyed building floats for the Lutheran School for the Cole Camp Fair and playing cards with other couples.

She is survived by: three sons, Kevin L. Schnell and his wife Wanda S. of Sedalia, Daniel F. Schnell and his wife Teddie of Cole Camp, and Timothy C. Schnell and his wife Cynthia A. of Warrensburg; and fourteen grandchildren, Krista Bay, Kassandra Schnell, Katelen Schnell, Keaton Schnell, Kara Schnell, Kloé Schnell, Kristopher Schnell, Kyler Schnell, Jeffery Schnell, Andrew Schnell, Haley Schnell, Nicole Utter, Samantha Schnell, and Parker Schnell.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Lydia Tobaben, and one brother, Rufus John Tobaben.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Sunday at the church.

The family suggests memorial contributions be given to the Lutheran School Association or Trinity Lutheran Church Choir in care of the Fox Funeral Home, Cole Camp.

Pallbearers will be Jeffery Schnell, Andrew Schnell, Keaton Schnell, Parker Schnell, Zach Bay, and Raymond Utter III.
