Delores Jean Priesendorf, 82, of Clinton, MO, died Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, MO. She was born on September 2, 1931, in Sedalia, MO, the daughter of Ord V. Jones and Opal Irene (Forbes) Jones.
On November 3, 1949, she was united in marriage to Conrad Priesendorf at the East Sedalia Baptist Church. They made their home in Sedalia, moving to Edwards, MO in the mid 1990's. For the past several years, she had made her home in Clinton, MO.
Delores had been employed by Lamy's Manufacturing Plant and also Reid's Grocery Store, and also a bakery all of Sedalia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Conrad; a son, Carey Priesendorf; a granddaughter, Amy; and an infant brother, Harold Jones.
Surviving are four sons: James W. Priesendorf, of Sedalia, Michael E. Priesendorf, of Orrick, MO, Carl D. Priesendorf, of Raymore, MO, and Thomas A. Priesendorf, of El Dorado Springs, MO; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, two sisters: Helen Cantrell of Grandview, MO, and Patricia Homan, of Columbia, MO, a step-brother, Jerry Houchen of Warsaw, a half-brother, Charles Naylor, of Springfield, MO, other relatives and friends.
Graveside Services and Interment will be at 3:30, Monday, October 7, 2013, at Shawnee Cemetery, Warsaw, MO. Family visitation will begin at 2:30 P.M., Monday at the Reser Funeral Home, Warsaw, MO. Messages of condolences may be left at www.reserfuneralhome.com.
