Loretta "Cookie" Fletcher, age 69, of Lincoln, died Sunday, February 3, 2013, at her home. She was born on November 26, 1943, in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of William and Ida Jennings Walker.
On May 8, 1961, she married Paul Fletcher in Miami, OK. They made their home in Warsaw.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, on August 4, 1996, two brothers: Billy Walker and Samuel Walker, and two sisters: Shirley Combs and Susan Lyon.
Surviving are three daughters: Brenda (Roger) Pottorff, and Shirlene Lucero, all of Lincoln, MO, and Kathy (Phillip) Hopper, of Sedalia, 7 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, three brothers: Larry Darnell of Lincoln, Buck Hamilton, of Windsor, and Leroy Walker, of Lincoln.
Visitation for Loretta "Cookie" Fletcher will be Tuesday evening at the Davis-Miller Funeral Home, Lincoln, MO, from 6:30 to 8:00 P.M. Graveside services will be at 1:30 P.M., Wednesday, at the Lincoln Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her husband, Paul.
