Mildred Mae Heimsoth, 81, of Cole Camp, died Friday, July 26, 2013, at The Good Samaritan Care Center in Cole Camp, MO.
She was born April 30, 1932 in Stover, MO, the daughter of the late Ted and Rhoda (Johnson) Priesmeyer. On July 21, 1932, she was baptized at the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Stover by Rev. P. E. Stolz. She was confirmed into the Lutheran faith on July 21, 1946, at St. Paul American Lutheran Church in Cole Camp.
On November 26, 1950, she was united in marriage to Leroy Kullman of Cole Camp. He preceded her in death on July 4, 1960. Their union was blessed with three children.
On August 20, 1961, she was united in marriage to Hilmer Heimsoth of Cole Camp.
She was a hairdresser in the Cole Camp area for 24 years and owned and operated the Looking Glass Beauty Shop from 1975-1996. She enjoyed sewing clothing for her family, dancing, and caring for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her children: Judy Silva, Cathy (Ronald) Viets, and Jeff (Joleen) Kullman; five grandchildren: Eric Kullman, Adam Silva, Leslie (Kullman) Lower, Ross Viets, and Kelly Kullman; five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Cleo Nolting, and one sister, Violet Schnirch.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Cole Camp, with Rev. Michael Boothby officiating. Burial will be at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Cole Camp.
Pallbearers will be Gary Schnirch, John Schnirch, Brian Heimsoth, Eric Kullman, Robb Lower, and Ross Viets.
The family will receive friends at Trinity Lutheran Church, Cole Camp, Tuesday, July 30, 2013, at 6:00 p.m., with a prayer service following at 7:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St Paul Lutheran High School of Concordia, MO, and the radio ministry of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Sedalia, MO, in care of Fox Funeral Home.
